On if you prefer a more leisurely pace, you can spread the process over an entire year.
And last, but not least, the fee for this plan is on a pay-as-you-go basis. As a result, payments are spread over the time that you work on the plan.

Step 1: Identify Your Strengths 

Strengths are those things that we do well.
As human beings we are all unique and individual, each with our own special combination of skills talents and other resources. Our strengths represent those things that we do well, as good as, if not better than, others.
Once we have identified our strengths, we can apply them pursue exciting new opportunities as well as boosting whatever weaknesses cause us trouble. For even better results, it’s helpful to get better at what we already do well.

1.1 Pre-Session Preparation 

Your NLG Plan starts with identifying your personal and business strengths. The best way to identify your strengths is to conduct your own SWOT analysis. In case the term SWOT is new to you, it is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

When you order your NLG Plan, you will be given free access to the SWOT Analysis course. 
If purchased separately, the total value of all these resources would be more than $600.
This course will help you learn what you need to know to conduct your own SWOT analysis, not only for purposes of your NLG Plan, but also for addressing problematic issues for as long as you run your business.
Once you have completed your analysis as part of this step, you will send it to me for review.
(When you check out the SWOT analysis video course, you will note that in addition to the SWOT analysis content, the offer includes several bonus items which contain a combined total of 45 lessons addressing a variety of marketing issues. These lessons are yours to keep and review as needed.)

1.2 Report & Recommendations

On receipt of your SWOT analysis, I will prepare a written summary of your SWOT analysis findings.  I will also my comments and recommendations to the report and send you a copy, which will be the focus of our in the video conference (Step 1.3).

1.3 Live In-Person Video Call

Once I have completed your report, we will schedule a 1 hour video conference to discuss the report and recommendations. 
We will also prioritize your opportunities and threats.
Following the video call, I will revise the report to incorporate whatever decisions are made during the video call.
By the end of the video call we will have identified your key strengths and how these strengths can be applied to address weaknesses, make the most of potential opportunities and minimize potential threats.

Step 1 Fee

Total fee for steps 1.2 to 1.3: $500
Payable: $250 on ordering Step 1; 
               $250 on completion of Report & Recommendations (Step 1.2).

Step 2: Clarify What You Want 

According to best-selling author and motivational speaker, Rob Liano:
     “If you don't know what you want, you'll never find it.
     “If you don't know what you deserve, you'll always settle for less.
     “You will wander aimlessly, uncomfortably numb in your comfort zone, wondering how life has               ended up here.”

2.1 Pre-Session Preparation

When you are ready, you can order Step 2. In preparation for this session, you will receive Chapter 13 of my forthcoming book, How to Succeed in Your Professional Service Business. (Expected launch: September, 2024).
Entitled How The Law of Attraction Can Help Generate The Results You Want, this chapter includes questions that will help get you started on clarifying what you want.
You will also receive a pdf document entitled Leverage the Law of Attraction: Attract Success on Your Own Terms, which will also help you clarify what you want.
Like the SWOT video course in Step 1, the pre-session resources represent evergreen content that you can continue to use for as long as you run your service business. 
Once you have completed the questions on these two documents, the next step is to send your answers to me for review.

2.2 Report & Recommendations

This is the same process as Step 1.2 but focused clarifying what you want.

2.3 Live In-Person Video Call

Once again like Step 1.3, this report will further clarify and prioritize those factors that you want.
By the end of the video call, we will have clarified what you what to achieve.  
These desired results will articulated as goals during Step 3.

Step 2 Fee 

Total fee for steps 2.2 to 2.3: $500
Payable: $250 on ordering Step 2;
               $250 on completion of Report & Recommendations (Step 2.2).

Step 3: Take Inspired Action 

Inspired actions are those things that we do when motivated by any or all of our purpose, passion, and inspiration.
Inspired actions help us feel good about ourselves, like achieving desired results.
Inspired actions are not driven by trying to meet other people’s expectations. 
They are driven by an inner desire to create, contribute, or bring about meaningful outcomes.

3.1 Pre-Session Preparation

When you are ready, you can order Step 3. In preparation for this session, you will receive a copy of my eBook Hassle Free Business Planning for Service Professionals.
This short eBook will help you learn what you need to know about business planning for your professional service business.  More evergreen content that you can reuse as appropriate
For purposes of this step, the focus will be on identifying inspired actions to be taken to achieve the desired results (aka goals) from Step 2.  
Once again the same process as Step 1.2 but with a focus on actions to be taken. 

3.2 Report & Recommendations

Same process as Steps 1.2 and 2.2; different focus.

3.3 Live In-Person Video Call

By the end of the video call, we will have identified the inspired actions to be taken to achieve your business goals.

Step 3 Fee

Total fee for steps 2.2 to 2.3: $500

Step 4: Keep On Keeping On 

For whatever reason, implementation is typically the weakest part of a planning process.
Unfortunately, there is no sure fire, one-size-fits-all solution that ensures or otherwise guarantees that we will just do it, keep on keeping on.
From my experience, things become clearer and easier as I take action. 
Even more so when I take inspired action.

4.1 Pre-Session Preparation

Entitled Your 30-60-90-Day Action Plan … And Beyond this chapter includes questions that will help you start to clarify your action plan.  You will also receive a Business Planning Information Checklist.
Individually and in combination these two pre-session content elements will help you learn what you need to know about continuing to implement your business plan...as effectively as possible.

4.2 Report & Recommendations

Same process as in previous three steps.

4.3 Live In-Person Video Call

On completion of this call, you will know what what inspired actions are necessary to achieve your business goals and when these actions are to be taken.
In combination with the follow-up resources listed below, you will be well positioned to achieve what those results that you want for your business.
